We know how important high-quality and safe legs workout is, and we offer many solutions. One of them is the hack-squat. Conventionally, they can be divided into 2 types: a mechanism with guides and a structure with an offset center of gravity. The second type will be discussed today.
The FP-133 is designed to provide a physiologically correct range of motion. This is especially important when performing reverse hack squats. We noticed that the classic versions of this machine often create an excessive load on the lower back, especially for beginners who have not mastered the movement technique. A typical reverse hook problem is that when moving down, the body "dives" forward a little, creating an excessive tilt. Because of this, the back gets involved in the work, the stability of the body position is lost and the risk of injury increases.
We solved this problem at the design and test stages. The trajectory of movement is biomechanically verified, and the adjustable platform allows you to adapt the angle and amplitude of movement for each individual user. No jerks or kinks — just clean, controlled work.
